 Optimal Mining are experts in the completion of life-of-mine projects and feasibility studies. We can take a basic geological model and turn it into a fully scheduled, haulage modelled, optimised and rehabilitated mine plan.

Optimal Mining use a combination of dragline planning tools, including 3D-Dig Plus and cross sectional programs, to generate high quality dragline designs and animations. We ensure that our finish plans are realistic and optimised with dragline capacity maximised.

Our team can generate high quality simulations for any mining operation. In the sample provided we simulated every truck load from the life-of-mine through the current washery and product coal supply chain. We then ran multiple options applying different capital investments to various stockpiles and bins to analyse how much extra product coal could be achieved through these investments. This simulation provided the client with accurate simulation data across a range of options which allowed them to invest their money in the correct infrastructure.
